Policy

At Zenith Salon Furniture Outlet, our mission is to deliver high quality salon and spa equipment to customers throughout North America. We pledge to provide customer serve throughout the transaction, including after the equipment has been delivered to the site. We feature one of the largest inventories in Canada, providing confidence to customers that items will be received quickly. Most stock items ship within 24 hours of purchase. At Zenith Salon Furniture Outlet, we have the right to cancel an order for any reason, at any time. We are not to be held liable for the loss of use for any indirect, direct, or consequential damages that result from delay of equipment, regardless of reason.

All Zenith Salon Furniture is backed with a one year warranty from the purchase date. Styling and barber chairs have a warranty on the hydraulic base, but not on the seat itself. The obligation of the company is limited to free labor and parts for replacement or repair and is done so at our discretion within the first year. Sole remedies of the customer is set forth within and will be limited to cost of repair and with discretion of company, a replacement of the defective item.

 

Product Descriptions

The products and descriptions featured on the website may not be 100% accurate. Dimensions may not be correct and photos may not match the description. We are able to make changes at any time to our product descriptions without notifying the customer. Payment Policies, Delivery, Exchanges, Returns & Refunds

All items must be prepaid prior to delivery. Payment can be made in the form of certified bank check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, Interac, bank transfer or PayPal. Special order items require a 50% deposit with the balance to be paid prior to delivery. Items remaining in our warehouse after three weeks of purchase will be charged $39 per day for storage until items can be picked up or shipped. We do not gurrantee the Delivery time and customer have full rite to refuse the shipment if it appears damaged during shipping.

Once items are in production, customer is responsible for balance. Deposit is forfeited if order is cancelled. Custom orders cannot be returned unless there is a defect. Late payments or uncleared checks are subject to 10% charge until payment clears.

Returned items will receive a 25% restocking fee and when returned for a store credit, an 8% administrative cancellation fee will be charged. Refunds and exchanges must be requested within 10 days of product purchase. Credits are an in-house credit only. All merchandise which is returned needs to be done so in its original box with original packing materials. Used items may not be returned. All returns are to be approved by Zenith Salon Furniture Outlet prior to being returned. Refunds are issued minus shipping charges. Customers are to assume all financial responsibility for return shipping.

Any claims for loss are damage are to be filed upon arrival. If the shipment does not have the correct quantity, it needs to be noted on the freight bill. We do not accept responsibility for equipment damaged during transportation. Claims for a loss are not to be deducted from an invoice and payment is not to be excluded until such claim is adjusted.

 

Warranty Limitations

Under any circumstance, Zenith Salon Furniture Outlet:

 

- Is not to be held liable for misuse, abuse, alteration, improper maintenance, normal wear and tear, staining, peeling or any other damages that are obtained through use or acts of nature.

- Is not responsible for color variations on parts and materials

- Reserves the right to replace an item that has been discontinued with a similar product

An approved electrician is responsible for servicing all equipment under warranty. Failure to adhere to this will void the warranty.

A licensed plumber must install all equipment relating to plumbing. Failure to adhere to this will void the warranty. Documentation must be provided to Zenith Salon Furniture Outlet for any warranty issues related to plumbing.

 

Terms and Conditions of Sale

The terms and conditions of the sale are those which Zenith Salon Furniture Outlet makes all sales. We will not accept terms and conditions of sale other than this one until there is a written agreement that has been executed otherwise. Acceptable of purchase orders is made conditionally based upon buyer’s consent, implied or express, to the terms set forth within.

 

Liability Policy

Zenith Salon Furniture Outlet is not liable for damage caused by the products or services we sell, to persons or property. We are not liable for any form of financial or job loss caused by our products.

 

Privacy Policy

The privacy policy sets forth how information is used and protected that is provided to you through our website. We are committed to protecting privacy to the fullest extent using data encryption software as well as the latest technology.

 

Security

At Zenith Salon Furniture Outlet, we are committed to keeping all information secure. To prevent unauthorized disclosure or access, we have enabled various physical and electronic controls as well as managerial procedures to safeguard all information that is collected online.

 

Financing

Unaffiliated third parties offer financing. The taxes, fees, and charges can vary and are in addition to the cost of the equipment purchased from Zenith Salon Furniture Outlet.
